Background
Cliff Samara, the founder of Samara & Associates, Inc., is a senior executive and entrepreneur with more than 40 years of diverse experience in the IT services industry. He has expertise in the following:

Professional History
Prior to founding our company, Cliff served as the COO of Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC USA). In 1978, he cofounded SRS Network Inc., a highly regarded IT service company that specialized in offering unique solutions in the area of information systems design and implementation.
Under his management, SRS Network Inc. provided key support to Fortune 500 companies. For three consecutive years, the company was selected into the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing companies in the United States.
In 1990, Cliff spearheaded a successful merger of SRS Network Inc. with CGI, a $400 million IT service company with branch offices in most of the European countries. He was then elected to the position of chief administrative officer/chief financial officer (CAO/CFO) of CGI USA.
Cliff served as executive vice president of Mercer Computer Services of NY, an IT service provider. He also previously served on the advisory board for the ITS division of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA).
